Not quite spring...

The trails at Nordic Heritage Center in Presque Isle, ME are looking pretty good for April 14th. Who doesn’t love spring skiing?

Hello and happy spring to you all.
While we are officially almost an entire month into spring, there are still a few hints of the long winter hanging around here. After a great week away with family and friends after the racing season, David and I were welcomed back on Monday to a beautiful snow storm! I say beautiful, while I am sure others might have a few other ways to describing it.
In true Nordic fashion we pushed the running shoes and bikes aside for a few more days and enjoyed a great ski in beautiful sun shine and 45 degree weather. And believe it or not 45 felt really warm.
We will continue to ski as long as we can and then jump into our regular spring training! Stay tuned for our next adventure….
