3 Ingredient Coconola Crepe
There are some breakfast items I never think to make at home- they either seem too complicated or require too many ingredients. I always thought making crepes from scratch was one of these "I'll have it when I'm out to eat" scenarios, until this recipe was shared with me. Its simple and delicious.
Here is what you will need:
1 Ripe Banana
1 Lage Egg
Butter or Coconut Oil
Your favorite GrandyOats Coconola
Recipe: Combine 1 ripe banana, 1 egg in a bowl. Mix together until the batter becomes smooth. Preheat a medium sized frying pan on medium/low and grease with butter or coconut oil. Pour in batter evenly and sprinkle your choice of granola throughout. Cook for approximately 5-10 minutes, gently checking the bottom for color after it has set enough to lift. Cover if needed to set the top and be sure egg is cooked through. You can stuff it with fresh fruit, yogurt or whipped cream before folding or just top with whatever you prefer!
